The Oscar winner showed off her epic transformation into the post-apocalyptic blockbuster’s badass heroine, Furiosa, with a jaw-dropping throwback video of herself shaving her own head for the role. Charlize gave fans the behind-the-scenes peek in honor of a drive-in screening of “Mad Max: Fury Road” at The Grove in Los Angeles, which she tweeted was the perfect opportunity for her to revisit the Oscar-nominated film – and, of course, her legendary character!

The 44-year-old actress shared a video on Twitter on Friday shaving her head to become the Furiosa character in Mad Max: Fury Road.
The Theron Africa Outreach Project hosted a snapshot of the 2015 action movie Friday Night in Los Angeles, which inspired the actress to share shots of her hair transformation.
“In honor of our CTAOP sort in #MadMaxFuryRoad tonight, it brought it back to the point of no return with the creation of Furiosa,” Theron wrote on Twitter next to the clip.
“Thank you very much to TheGroveLA and ChadHudsonEvent for making this night happen! So excited to see this movie on the big screen again.”
